That looks like a ton of fun! I should head down there when the weather gets better. How good were the back roads?

Removed about an inch of ice off the windows and such. We are getting hammered by an ice storm since about Friday night. Still freezing rain at the moment. Might call in for Monday if this doesn't get better soon.

Much better than any of the roads around the Portland metro area. Beautiful country down that way. We did five bridges mostly in the Scio area and the last one in Stayton. It was a great cruise. Started and ended at Salem BMW where they grilled burgers and dogs with all the trimmings for us for lunch. Cars from all eras of BMW.

Gosh, We're feelin' your pain here...
well, ok, so maybe not really

We had a nice 1.5 inches of quality car washing rain here this morning while a cold front came through. It's ~60* here right now, and will likely drop alllll the way down to the mid 40's overnight....

brutal, brutal weather here

Yeah, it was a cool 79 degrees here today, and cloudy with a chance of meatballs...

Took mine out for its weekly 1/4 gas tank burning adventure. Rear PSS are getting low to the point where they've spun while I'm backing into the garage.

Finally finished installing my BMW performance suspension this weekend, the rears were so much easier than the fronts. Also added Whiteline inserts to the rear subframe. Now for an alignment, it's so bad that the toe out is easily visible with the naked eye. Next up will be the charge pipe, BOV and a stage 2+ tune.

Nice! I’m getting ready to do a similar refresh. Did you do the rear strut bushings too?

I’m going back and forth between the Eibach Pro Street or H&R Street coilover kit

I did the top bushings but not the lower ones as I didn't have them - replacing that bushing at a later date will be a half our job so I'm leaving it for now. I thought about coilovers but got a deal on the BMW performance kit so went with that.

Spending too much money on my car lately!
New tires, fixed a small dent in the fender with repaint, catted DP, replaced cracked intake duct, PPK, eventual reflash to Dinan S2, full pro detailing tomorrow to address a few surface scratches, saving for suspension upgrade, going on vacation in Europe for 2 weeks in a few days...

On top of all that, I don't really need to spend the $$ on the wheels (right now - definitely down the road).

But damn, they look sexy!

We'll see. I'll decide after vacation.

I might consider those as an upgrade, but I want to stick with 17s and not move up to 18s...

I don't think they make the EC-7 in 17". Only the Arc-8.
