I know there is a ton of respect around the forums for Terry; but I've been dealing with a third party issue in the USPS over them losing my JB4 while trying to ship it back to BMS for inspection (it wasn't working properly)

This has been going on since about July and Terry has been there every step of the way; long story short Terry and I worked out a deal on a new board all together.

Terry is truly an asset to this community. Thank you for all that you do here; the aftermarket industry is full of crooks but you bring a sense of customer satisfaction and common decency into your business and its incredibly respectable

Agreed, Terry is an amazing guy and helped me troubleshoot my own JB4 install.

Still my favorite tune to date!
