Bimmerforums seem to have a fairly active classified section as well.

i've heard autotrader.com is good.... but i have mine listed there and have received 0 calls/emails.... so it's good but apparently for lower priced cars. people just don't have 30K to shell out w/o financing.... broke ass peps!!! just kidding.

maybe the newspaper if you live in a descent sized city. or, just a sign in a busy shopping lot.....

I've heard and experienced the Roundel being a good source to buy/sell. Got my brother's e36 sold through there. But I believe you have to be a BMW CCA member. Could be wrong, but that's what I got from my dad.
