I have been thinking that a meet would be good once we get our cars.
I will try and talk to guys on e90post and e46fanatics to see if we can have a 1 series release meet. Lemme know if some of you would be interested.

Long Time lurker just wanted to let you guys know that I got confirmation that the 135 will be at Braman BMW. Along with the M3, Its for The Susan G. Komen for the Cure test drive. Tomorrow and Sunday, Don't know if you can still sign-up for the test drives but its still worth a shot, Event starts at 9am.

Just got back and they told me the 135 couldnt make it

. The M3 was there and u had to be 30 or over to test it same with the B7, Not everything was a lose got to test the 650i and 550i.

Well that sucks....the cause is good, but no 135i

and 30+ to drive the M3?

a pretty decent Size BMW meet is going down tomorrow at Crandon Beach. People from R3vlimited, E46fanatics, E90post, and some other sites will be meeting up there as early as 10:30 am.
We will be BBQ-ing, drinking and just chilling. Feel free bring a football, soccer ball, drinks , w/e. It will be a good opportunity for you new/future Bimmer owners to meet some of the locals.

Hope to meet some of you out there.

I ordered my 135i back in late January and I am sick of waiting. Im from Miami and ordered it from Ft Lauderdale BMW. I am getting:

Seems like they're stricter in some places rather than others. My 23yr old buddy did the event in Melbourne. He drove the M3 and the B7. I'm afraid when it comes to Orlando this Friday they wont let me drive the M3.

we should change the name to just FL rather than S. FL - anyway, i figured i would add another AW 135 to Orlando, i think i counted 3 so far. any orlando ppl have delivery dates/pricing/a color other than AW?

note to self: have 4th-n-1 show me how to use my camera.

i have to ask what you were using for some of those shots. lens focal length on second to last? and just shallow DOF on 3rd to last with normal lens, or one of those crazy tilt-shift lenses? looks like the latter... either way, cool shots.

25 and over to drive the M3 is what they told me when I called to sign up. I'm 23 so I signed up for the 335, but maybe I can sneak into the M3...

You ordered from Fields im guessing? You in production yet? Mine should be off the boat on 3/1.. So I should be delivered no later than launch date.
