tail light issue (none of lights are working)

I bought rear crashed 135 08 and replaced the rear lights with the used one.

Now no of the lights( brake, tail lights, turn signals) = no lights one side.
I get lights error on display.

What could be the problem? Do I need to reprogram the tail lights somehow?
