Anyone get this symbol in their dash for Spark Plugs?

Anyone get this symbol for their BMW cbs? I am very confused if the "change spark plug" symbol is part of the cbs symbols for the E82.

According to the dealer, spark plugs are due when the cbs says so. However, I read contradicting info; it mentions in the warranty booklet "spark plugs should be changed at 45,000 miles, not detected by cbs"

Please advise if you ever seen this symbol in your 1-series.
