N54 Rear Turbo Part Number Question

Hey guys and gals...I'm going to be replacing my turbos at some point in the near future and I was researching costs, etc. I noticed that there are two different available part numbers for the rear turbos on our cars which are also the same as the Z4 and 1M.

The first part number is 11657649290

The second part number is 11657649291

Does anyone know the difference?
