How long do your kumho's last?
I bought a set of kumho ecsta le sport 265/35/18 finally had them installed beginning of june. Two months and less then 1,500 miles my tires are bald. I did drag the car one day no burn outs. All highway miles and jumping on the car here and there. Still think these wore way too fast!
Any thoughts?

That seems pretty low. They are comparable to Hankook tires. You might need an alignment.

had a alignment when I put them on. I have my springs on the stiffer size...raised the rear for clearance and still need to drop it some. would hard springs make tires wear faster?

No, not necessarily. If the tires are wearing normally then your foot might be too heavy Those tires should last much longer than that.

Well my foot is decently heavy (years without a turbo car builds up) lol but 2 months bald heavy is pushing it. Just seems like that is a crazy amount of tread gone in a short time....if I tracked a lot in two months then it make sense. What would be average for these tires?

Any uneven wear? I had Kumho tires on a car way back. They cupped on a good alignment in about a thousand miles and wore out in about 5000 miles. Just because a tire is middle range cost wise doesn't mean it's any good. Kumho are worse than most cheap Chinese or Indonesian tires IMO.

Well this was a waste of $400 in two months. I got kumho's cause they had decent reviews and heard they are pretty sticky tires. Which does mean wear faster. Any recommendations street tires? I'll just get slicks for the track.

regardless of sticky tires being sticky 2 months is FAR to low for kumhos, my personal pref (since I;ve ran all of these LOL) check out the BFG super sport A/S or the General Gmax as03s also the Sumitomo HTZ Z3s

Rotatable setups are seeing 20,000+ on the ECSTA LE sport with staggered rear sets seeing 10,000+ miles routinely. Something else is going on for those to only wear 1500 miles.
