Why I'm selling
I just got a job with Google in California. I wasn't planning to find a job outside of the Lower Mainland, but this is a really great job with a really great company. Taking into account the cost/hassle of importing a car, the exchange rate, needing a more practical car after the move, and a few other logistics issues, I decided it was best to just sell my 135i and get another car in California.

History:
I took delivery of the car brand-new from Brian Jessel BMW in July 2009. The car currently has nearly 12,000km and is in excellent condition inside and out, never been in any sort of accident. I've got all the paperwork, including the welcome package from BMW and a couple editions of BMW Magazine

Extras:
- A full set of winter tires on dedicated winter wheels, Michelin X-Ice Xi2 on Sport Edition A7, 205/50-17 from the Tire Rack. I'd like to sell these with the car, but if don't want them, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
- Some basic tools for changing the oil and wheels: Rhino Ramps, jack lift, jacking point pad, adapter to remove the oil filter cap, torque wrench, etc. I got all this stuff for this particular car, but I won't have any use for any of it. Great if you want to do some basic maintenance on your car but don't have some of the tools. Again, would like to sell with the car, but would adjust price accordingly.

Bottom Line
- $41,000 OBO including the winter tires and tools (see above), based on Canadian Black Book. Feel free to make me any offer you want if you can justify it, as there aren't many used 2009 135is for sale in Canada that I was able to find to base my price on.
- Ideally wants to hand the car over in late June, in time for you to beat the HST

Yes but what I was saying is that at the point of his sale it was only around a year old! If you have a similar year it's no where near $40,000
