Front headliner rattle

2009 135i.

Recently got a rattle from the centre-front of my headliner. I can sort of reduce the rattle by pressing up on the light controls area or the front of the headliner, but I can tell my pressure isn't directly over what's causing the rattle, as the rattle doesn't go away even with a large amount of pressure.

Anyone else get this?

I have the exact same issue.

I tried putting cardboard shims in the gap between the headliner and roof at the windshield, but that barely did anything.

I got so many damn rattles... and i thought my E92 was bad...
