This thread is a "can of worms" type thing, but since you ask, my peeve is mounting giant (19-20" and bigger) on cars that, at most, can only accommodate max of 18" before comfort and handling go out the window. Why anybody would want to spend thousands to transform his car into the equivalent of a wooden cart is beyond me.
