Ordered 2013 White BMW 135 IS!!

Hi Guys!!

I just created this account yesterday and had to wait 24 hours to create a post.

I currently owned a 2011 Mercedes C300 but I am just super bored with it compared to my previous and the first car 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe.

I happened to see 1addicts.com website browsing around and I decided to get a new car!!

Ordered yesterday and got the production number. My dealership said it would less then 6 weeks since they're just going to modify the one that currently on order.

Attached is the total I paid for and the image of the car will be the exact same one I am getting with the performance 313 style rims & performance exhaust!

Congratulations! So I see you also decided against getting the black leather with exclusive blue stitching. What kind of discount did they give you off of MSRP this late in the production life of the 1-series?

Enjoy the wait, that shouldn't be too long...

I remember having the option of black leather OR black leather with blue stitching. A number of months ago the local dealer had a white one on the way and it had plain black leather.

By the way - Congrats. It's a great car.

My 135is has red leather, does my 135is have blue stitching?

OP - CONGRATS! Very surprised you snagged an order this late in the game. Very good work!

Yes all BMW 135is have black leather w/ exclusive stitching unless you dont want it.

I was about to get red in the beginning..but i decided to go with black and white since this is my last car and a keeper as well.

Yes..I end up getting 6MT..

I was debating if I should get DCT or not but end up getting a manual..

I figured that shifting with DCT will be boring in a long run.

Nice.. Congrats on the new car... DCT is my preferred trans. I've been driving with them since 2006 is 5-6 different cars and learned how to push them like the manual.. Now that I'm putting down 383hp/ 417lbs torque with my IS modded, DCT is a blast...

You were doing well here until you opened that other thread of yours. Now, not so much..............

Hi Hau,

Request your VIN from your SA and then you can search all W&W ships with this:

o W&W Logistics page: http://www.2wglobal.com/www/WEP/index.jsp
o Customer Tools -> I want to -> Track & Trace my Cargo
o Enter VIN in Cargo ID (or use WBAUC9C5%DV% for coupes)

Keep in mind BMW also uses other shipping companies that are not trackable with the above procedure.

<edit> come to think of it, your SA can tell you your ship as well as your VIN

Thanks Arrrrmatey!

I tracked with my VIN # in the Cargo ID, but no records found.

I wanted to ask my dealer but I felt like I been bothering them too much..

This is their job and you're paying them. Feel free to bother them. Most of us get this kind of info freely from our SAs without asking. They want you to be happy with the service you get.

I agree, it's not bothering them. If they provide you with the number you won't have to bother them again for a while. You can search out most of the info yourself (or with the help of people on this forum).

Also, mine wouldn't show up on any of the sites people linked me to. I just decided to wait it out and quit checking as it crossed the water.

My dealership said my car will arrive the 29th of this month. I ordered it on 7/3..

Doesn't sound right at all..less then 1 month?

Well I imagine they mean the boat will arrive at port on the 29th, not at the dealership. May then take another couple of weeks to get there.

Hopefully I get it before August 21st..I would like to drive the car out of town with my girlfriend for her birthday.

I track the car every single day knowing that it will not make a difference..
