Question Lowering stock seat?

I have a 2008 135i with stock, manual seats. They are not the sports version, just the bottom of the line chairs. Unfortunately, even with the seat adjusted down to the very lowest setting, my helmet is hitting the ceiling at times and causes me to race in a pretty uncomfortable position.

Are there any aftermarket seat rails or anything I could use to lower the stock seat?

I'm reluctant to go aftermarket on the seats due to the airbag issues with 3rd party seats.

I would not mind loosing the sliding ability as long as I sit lower somehow...
