Fathers 135i Le Mans blue + some minor mods

Here we go...:

Eh, f*ck covering the license plate:biggrin:

Sweeet:roundel:

Rear arches, better in flesh:

''Golf tee mode'' already, car is a bit louder, but not much, father revved it to about 3000rpm standing still, and I was listening to it outside.
The car wants to say with his sound: ''Hey, M3 E46 is my brother, god demmit''

Still break-in period, sound at 7k must be crazy.

Painted rear arms, they are silver stock, and when you look a car from 10 m behind, they shine out like exhaust on a '93 Civic(sorry to all Civic owners:biggrin

This Le Mans blue is hard for taking pics, it just doesn't show her self in all her glory+ ''flame surfacing'' design doesn't help either.

All in all; you have to see this car in RL, it is so much better. :eyebulge:

Yes this is it, but nothing critical in real life, you won't even notice that.
I still haven't figured out why it's there in first place, but, well,...

They designed it that way to increase drag. They don't want the car going that fast:biggrin:

Great pictures.

My only concern with LMB is in lots of sunlight it comes off as too much of a light blue?

Thanks for the close-up of the boot spoiler. I was curious how it looked but never saw a good picture of it. Also, could you post any before and after paint comparisons of the rear arms? I thought I was the only one who thought these were overtly noticeable.

I forgot to take picture, we put a hose on that valve so there can't go any dirt in there, and the other hose, we just simply fixed it under the bonnet on some screw. 5 min of work.

I'm not at home currently, I'll try to find pictures of unpainted rear arms.

Unpainted rear control arms. Not the same angle of pic, but you get the idea.
