Trying to get an idea of what my car is worth
I've searched and can't find anything.
What have people actually sold their car for? I've often looked through COMPLETED EBAY LISTINGS to gauge market price for certain things, but can't find any reliable metrics for my car. I have a 2011 TiAg 135. 48000miles. 6mt, black boston, value package. I just wanted to not start the process at a dealer if I am way off base. KBB, edmunds and other sites list the price from 19000-23000. In order to make a move to an M3, I need 22000 for a trade. What have y'all traded or privately sold your cars for? thx

take it to a dealer and see what they offer you in trade....it will be low but at least you will get an idea. Also use the Autotrader free service which estimates the price of your car for trade in....on the website.
Keep in mind that if it's under 50k miles, the dealer can still certify the car as CPO so you may get better values than if you cross 50k miles. |
