I got my car from VISTA BMW BTW, but please do me a favor, do not buy from those snobs.

Anyway, I have an M-sport. Comes with everything above, M-sills,foot rest, gear shifter (on manual) steering wheel, rims, headliner, etc.

My father was at BMW recently and I asked him to pick me up the standard black license plate frame that says bmw on the bottom. He came home instead with the M license plate frame because he felt it would compliment my car since it already has some M badges. And let me tell you, it does look pretty sharp.

im down in buenos aires, and about 30 minutes after arriving i saw an old 323 with an M badge on it. i just dont get it...if it didnt come with it, dont put the damned thing on it!

Even with the license plate holder, whats the point for the M??... Get one that says N54 at least that is the engine...

Now I think a shawdow emblem is the way to go if your gonna do anything (also depends on car color)

I guess the argument against it (for me at least) is yes it can say m on certain parts inside and out but where the actual badge goes signifies what the car truly is... and the only cars I know of with an M where the badge goes are an m3,m5,m6 currently...(and I am not hating on the M on the grill just when you replace your 135i emblem in the back with it)

The 128i has parts that are in a 135i however I don't think anyone would put a 135i on a 128i... Hell we have the same engine as a 335i but I wouldn't throw that on the back of my car either...

And if you search for shadow emblem you will find some DIY... It is just blacking out the 135i on the back...

But hey this is just my opinion.. its not worth much... ha

No actual M Badge on the trunk lid, however license plates, even perhaps valve caps is ok - at least on the 261 M-Sport wheels which already have an M- Badge on them. Putting anything too obvious, like a full sized badge on the grille is just pretentious.
