Steel rim for spare
Hi people
Im a newbie so hopefully someone hasnt just posted a thread on this. My girlfriend has a 116 that she bought from new, we replaced the stupid run flat tyres and was chasing a steel rim to use as a spare. Does anybody know where there is one available. Obviously we could get one from the dealer but im sure that wouldnt be the cheapest option. We are based in Newcastle. Thanks in advance Cheers Scott |

Welcome efto.
I'm not sure, but I'd be checking out the wreckers or ebay. Holden rims are the same stud pattern too. You just need to make sure the offset is OK. |

I've actually got a brand new genuine BMW spare wheel kit here that I got for my Mrs car that we never used. Shoot me a email if you haven't already been sorted out; prestigeonly@tpg.com.au |

I bought the alloy spare tire from a 335i e90/92 (even though I wrote e46 in the link bellow!).
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...re+tire&page=2 Alloy spare wheel & tire: 36 11 0 445 045 - 120 euros jack kit 71 10 6 73 536 - 100 euros or... you can order the spare wheel tire kit from an e60. That kit costs a little bit more. I just went to my dealer and they had this wheel instock and they made me a real good deal on it! Not much demand for spare tire/wheels. Good Luck. |
