Battery disconnect
Probably a little stupid buuuuutt......
I'm having trouble disconnecting my negative terminal from my battery. I have loosened the screw holding it into place and even took the nut off completely, but the black terminal won't budge off the mounting place? I don't want to rip the thing off and break shit. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another clip I need to undo before it is safe to pull out? Thanks! |

Don't just pull straight up, shimmy the terminal connector left to right until it starts getting loose first. It can get really stuck on there sometimes, but you shouldn't need to remove the nut off completely.
