Arc 8 vs EC7

I read the information provided by apex's website
And was wondering is their any large difference
Between these two wheels besides the brake clearance and aesthetics? Im asking because im considering joining the ec 7 group buy but wanted more
Information between the two wheel sets.

ARC8 is much lighter, 2lbs per wheel.

Besides the obvious difference in looks, the EC-7 weigh a little more. I think they look much better than the ARC-8 and the extra 1.5 lbs per wheel is worth it.

I haven't seen a EC7 group buy show up at all?

Anyways, the differences have been noted. The EC7 does offer more clearance for BBKs as well

It's somewhat hidden in the Wheel/Tire FS section

for performance/tracking, its a no brainer ARC-8's are lighter. And IMO look better.

From an aesthetics point of view I find the the EC-7 in(1-series offsets) do not do the wheel justice, as opposed to EC-7s found on 1M or on E90's in their respective fitments. - It looks so much more aggressive on everything else but the 128i& 135i - our offsets suck!

Pictures below to illustrate what I mean: (once again my opinion)

these looks amazing (note the concavity)

this too looks subtle...(almost OEM)
