12mm spacers installed

Well, I have installed my 12mm spacers on the rear of my E90. I decided against the 15mm spacers because I felt that was a little too aggressive, and wasnt sure if it would negatively affect the handling.

The 12mm spacers are perfect IMO. They push the wheel out just to the right point within the fender. This is the way it should have come from the factory. I have gone out and done some brief handling tests, and there is very little noticeable change. This does give the rear a little more grip, but not to the point where it will induce understeer.

Its been raining off and on today, so no pics as of now... but they look great

Unfortunately, I think the 19" BBS plans have gone out the window. Money now needs to be spent on a winter wheel/tire combo... I guess its not something you Cali people have to worry about...

Next year AJ! Yea, if anything, I'll use my 162's with the RF's as my winter set.

Hey guys,

I have 20 inch rims on my 06 325i and I only have spacers on the front. The rear tires seemed ok to me. What do you guys think? should I add spacers to the rear as well?

It depends on if your rims can go farther out in your wheel well... with 20's, I wouldnt... but I also wouldnt put 20's on in the first place due to their hindrance on performance...

Better than nothing...

Do you mind taking some from the rear? I would truly appreciate it.
