What's up guys, I'm new to the forum and I haven't found anything under getting the most power racing using the paddle shifters. Optimum shift points basically. Thanks for the help and here's to the 1

Depends on your mods.

The right thing to do is throw the car on the dyno, look where your engine's curve lies and base shift points off of that.

Short answer: Paddles on the 6AT are slow. If you want to go fast in a straight line, put the shifter in DS and let it do the work.

I was under the impression that granted if you have the alpina flash paddles are the way to go in a straight line. Letting the car shift its self shifts too high past the power band of stock turbos. Not sure if any new light was shined on this or not?

Shifting around 6k
Log and see where your best timing recovery exists, a dyno won't do much for real world load situations.

Likely with aggressive tuning you'll want to shift around 6200ish
