btw anyone know if the aluminum trim is different in the US? I saw a 135i yesterday, the aluminum had texture on it, not smooth like in these pics.

Interesting about your fuel economy figure - mine was reading 16mpg (with 2 miles on the clock) when I took delivery - that rose to 23 while running in gently for the first tankful of 95RON.
Then I switched to V-Power (98RON) and (as I have seen before) this improved the figure - still pretty gentle use (now at 300 miles), but a little harder than before, the average is now showing 26.5mpg.
