Just a post to say goodbye...and an intro to the new ride...
Just a quick note to say goodbye to 1Addicts. I have not been a very active member but I wanted to say that I appreciate all of the information, advice, and ideas that you all have shared here. I have frequently benefited from the contributions made here.
I am attaching a pic of my outgoing 135i. It is a great car but it is time to move on... Just purchased a 2015 M4. Silverstone with Sakhir Orange interior. DCT, Exec pkg, enhanced bluetooth, adaptive suspension, HK, HUD, etc I purchased it on the net and now I just have to wait for it to arrive....as the song goes...the waiting is the hardest part... Thanks again to all for your help and knowledge over the past few years. Jim |

I am sure I will enjoy the M. My first M car. To answer questions asked above: I am selling it outright. I bought the M online so too far to work a trade. I chose the DCT for a couple of reasons: 1. It is faster than the manual. 2. I live in one of the worst traffic areas in San Antonio (and all of Texas) so fighting a manual is no fun. This is my daily driver. If it were a dedicated track car or even a weekend joy ride vehicle, I would have done a manual (perhaps). The DCT is so good it makes the decision difficult... |
