Coding Near Mildenhall

I am in the US Military and just moved to Mildenhall. My US spec '08 135i is being shipped but I found out I need to have my amber city lights disabled. I know it can done via coding. Is there anyone nearby that can do so?

He is on the e90 forum. He lives in Poland but does coding remotely. He sends you the cable and arranges for a time that both of you are online. He then codes what you want. Here is his email. He prefers to be contacted via email. I have no relation with him. I have only seen his posts before on the e90 forum.
