Engine only: What are the major differences between the N55 with a PPK1 and the M235i?

135i's N55 with PPK1 puts out 320 Hp and 317 Tq
M235i's N55 puts out 320 Hp and 330 Tq

I think the newer n55 has a larger exhaust outlet off the turbo. 4" i believe. Perhaps thats just the S55.
