Active Steering

The last two options are almost non existent.

With all that said, Welcome!
So I picked my car up today and out found out that it does have the auto high beams! I don't believe it has active steering how would I find this out?
Also I believe I am missing something from the trunk could someone tell me what went here?

Use this, it's a VIN decoder: http://bimmer.work/
You can also tell the car has AS when turning the steering wheel. It's super quick at low speed - I don't think I even turn the steering wheel 360 degrees lol.

IIRC, there is nothing missing in your trunk.

Nothing missing. This is my trunk with 4 miles on the odometer before driving away from the BMW Performance Center.

Thanks for the fast replys, I guess I wasn't expecting a tow kit to be randomly sliding around back there all alone in that funny shaped compartment.

Looks like you are missing the flat tire kit, which you can replace with something else inexpensively. Or, perhaps your car did not come with it due to having been supplied with Run Flats? In any event, there is room to put one, if you decide to ditch the run flats for regular tires.

Exactly! The 135is came with run flats, which I immediately replaced with Michelin PSSs. Now a BMW flat tire kit lives in that space.

Nice I will be buying the flat tire kit when I ditch the run flats. Also I was looking under my car and it still has the little vacuum hose that was originally connected to the stock exhaust. It's not plugged off or anything. Any harm in cutting it short and plugging it off? It's just hanging there.

you can either just fold and ziptie it neatly or use a golf tee to plug the end then ziptie it firmly.

The 135is has built up a good following, so a lot of the first and second owners could keep them for a while. It will be interesting to see how their "potential" collectibility plays out in the long term.
I am still here floating around.... grrr!

Winter storage? I put my snow tires on Months ago only to have the weather remain in the mid 50's. Wish I kept my MPSS on a little longer.

Every now and then I take it out in the winter for a quick drive to help charge up the battery and make sure the seals don't dry up. I just keep the summers on. =)

Thought I'd share this one as I just saw a rare red on terra 135is and clearly someone swapped out the 313s for 261s before trading it in. Sacrilegious! Sadly, we never seemed to have a single vermillion red owner on here. Not sure what to think of red on terra. Wonder whatever happened to that red on coral from IG Burton that sat on their lot for a year and was marked $10k off eventually.

I guess it can't compare to this...M135is. Needs more letters! M135is M-Sport sdrive?

Don't think it is an "is", first the mirrors are not in black and don't think the "is" package was available to the red cars in 2013. Looks to me that someone slap a BMW performance muffler and added the "s" in the trunk and put the 135is plate on the dash and call it a day. Just my .02

Hmm, on second thought, you're right...looks like a fugazi! Didn't look for or notice the mirrors. I just ran the VIN and it's not a real IS. Wouldn't be the first, though the last guy had a 2012 and still claimed it was one. ha!

You could get the IS in red, saw a couple for sale, but just weren't very many. I always felt bad for the red on red that nobody would buy. Wonder whatever happened to it.

Good catch though.

I checked the charts. Looks like 12 vermillion red IS coupes were made.
