Curious if this is street legal? If so I would be interested.

Also curious if this will fit with the N55 engine. (doing the battery tray swap soon).

Street legal, maybe I am not familiar with DC regulation but this exhaust has no mufflers. So probably not.

If you are doing the battery tray swap don't forget that to run the rear diffuser you also need the rear bumper cover off a 1M. And to run the rear bumper cover (without it looking awkward) you need to have the larger rear flares.

Yep i know I'm slowly building my list and inventory for my build

Im in the DC area. Im actually in Maryland. Don't think MD is as strict as DC.

Just a suggestion, but if I were asking close to "brand new" retail price for my exhaust I would at least clean it up and make it look close to brand new for the pictures too.
The way it looks in the picture I'd give you half of your asking price.
