Procede "Enthusiast"

Can anyone fill me in on the "enthusiast" version of the procede's software?

In the limited description I found, it seems to come with one auto-tuned map, and it can be upgraded at any time for additional cost. Which map does it contain? Can anyone give me specifics on the estimated power output of this map on a stock 135i?

Im interested because I didnt plan on using most of the Procedes features or maps anyway. I just want their base auto tune. My 1 is driven daily by my wife, since I have a company vehicle, and a mustang project car for racing. I just want a very subtle yet substaintial power increase, without installing visible parts. Maximum power output is not my main concern with this car. I'd prefer it to drive like it does now, just with more power.

Can anyone share some info?

btw, Im not looking for other tune suggestions. I know whats out there and I've already decided on the Procede. thx

I didnt say auto-tune had maps. I asked which "auto-tuned map" came with the "enthusiasts" version of the procede.

thx for the link reference. Do you have a procede? If so, do you have the "enthusiast" version?

^ it will only come with 1 autotuning map, which is really all most people need. my procede v4 came with 2 autotuning maps, but after they're fully adapted, they're pretty much equal. i set autotuning map 1 to max boost of 12psi, map 2 max boost to 16psi. that way, i have a low boost and high boost map

Oh, so the 1 map that comes with the enthusiats version is fully adjustable?
If so, thats nice, but I dont know if I'd trust myself adjusting it.

So if the base map only runs 12lbs of boost and its not fast enough I could increase it to 14lbs and let auto-tune take care of the rest?

it'd probably be your best bet to just plug in the procede and let autotuning do it's thing. i think from the factory they come with max boost at 16psi for the autotuning maps, you have to change the settings if you want max boost lower.

max boost will only occur BTW if you've got enough mods to handle it. the procede autotuning will adapt to whatever mods you have. if you're stock, don't expect to see over 14 or so psi

It's called "Auto-tune" for a reason...it will self-adjust boost, and timing to the highest performance levels that are safe for conditions (i.e. gas, iat, etc.)...so it's not static.
For instance if you just drive around in ca and use 91..it will auto-tune to say 12 psi and maybe 30% ignition correction...then (SAME TUNE and MAP) if you go to your local 76 that has race gas..do a few pulls, it will then Auto-tune to say 16 psi and 0% ignition correction..

That is why you dont need more than one map...it will self-adjust to optimal levels

Sweet. I had no desire to mess with the tune, I just wanted to make sure the enthusiast wasnt a lower performing map. This new package deal they offer is perfect for me. I know what the wife's getting for xmas. lol

There is no "lower performing map"...that secondary map is merely for convenience..the real benefit to the Professional version is the progressive methanol mapping..so if your wife is gonna use meth i'd get that lol..

The secondary map can be used to hold conditions (boost and ignition levels) that you auto-tuned to when u put race gas in...and is mainly for situations where you want to switch to more aggressive conditions ASAP, without any pulls to let the Auto-Tune self-adjust to more aggressive conditions. It's not important...because after say 3 pulls, they will be at the same conditions anyways.
