What's happened to my bumper!

So the weather here in England has been rather warmer than for a while, for 10 days or so it's been 20-26C in the daytime, yes believe it or not that is warm for here.

So it's also the first time my car has been exposed to such heat and sunshine and I believe that is the case for this on my bumper:

They are little dimples, I don't think air bubbles, but more I'm thinking caused by how the bumper is attached underneath. Has anybody seen this before or got any ideas? Of course it is going to BMW as soon as I can, but I am not at all happy. I am sure they must have appeared in the last few days though, certainly haven't been there for longer or I am certain I'd have noticed - I spend too much time staring at my car!

Is yours an SE? I think it's an SE problem, not an M Sport hence why it's not very common.

Although I'm going to be getting my BMW bodyshop to look at it later this week, they didn't really understand from the phone

An update for those who may have been interested.

BMW called somebody to come and have a look and they accepted that it was a warranty problem and re-sprayed the entire bumper and it is now perfect. Also that conveniently repaired a scratch I had around one of the corners from some other person's poor attempt at parallel parking.
