Vinyl over rear valence?
I\'ve seen it painted black and color of car. I want it black- but was wondering if anyone has vinyl wrapped it or is this a dumb idea? Would it be cheaper than buying a new rear valence and painting one?

You can wrap just about anything. It is cheaper and probably looks just about the same, but when it comes down to things air bubbles might pop up over time or just general wear and tear will show through the vinyl.
If it was me I would paint mine. New diffuser things cost 100$ or so from the dealer, and painting shouldn't be more than 150$.

I've never done it, but it seems like it might be a bad idea because I would think the exhaust might melt the vinyl. But people do use heat guns to apply it... so I'm not sure...

Dude, that looks great..
I guess just seal the edges that are wrapped over the back side. There will be a lot of water / wind pressed up into those creases as you drive. Once again.. looks great May i ask How much ??
