Blizzaks LM-35 RFT thoughts
To those who have this in their winter set up? How's it feel? Pros and cons? I'm located in MD, so salesperson recommended this with the set up 225/45/R17 and TPMS.

If your asking about the tires, they are probably the best selling and favorite winter tire out there. I have personally driven a car with them in the show and the micro pores in the tires hook up very wheel on any driving condition.
If you have anymore questions about them of for a good winter set up don't hesitate to ask. |

I personally am not a fan of runflats and have replaced them on my past cars with non-rft's but when it comes to winters I plan to use them just because I really don't want to have to deal with a flat on a snowy day. With that said I've driven on Blizzak rft's and they're not that bad. The 17" isn't nearly as harsh as the Bridgestone 18" rft's and the ride was pretty comfortable.

There are two kinds, WS and LM. Pros and cons of each? Do I have to get an alignment after swapping the winter set? What is the recommended PSI I have to put in since I'm getting a 17" with 225/45/17? Should I get TPMS on it to be on the safe side? Does the same lug nuts usually fit in Tirerack wheels? Do I need to purchase hub centric rings? Any other precautions I need to take before or after swapping the wheels? |

2. No alignment needed. Only if you are going suspension modifications 3. Recommended PSI should be in your manual or in your door sill. 4. As long as your current TPMS is good then no need to buy another set. 5. Depends on the wheel set up you are getting. What wheels are you looking at? 6. Depends on the center bore of the wheel. You need a 72.56 |

Do you mean the LM-25 RFT tire or the LM-32 non-RFT tire? I'm not sure it's been clarified in this thread. There are pros and cons to each model. Give me a call and we can discuss the options.
