BT Phone Pairing and Voice Commands

I have paired my phone no dramas and I can make a call and hear the person thru the speakers but people cant hear my voice and the voice recognition doesnt hear my voice either. I wonder if there is a way to turn the internal mic on/off or otherwise my mic might be broken?

Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Could be a faulty mic, wiring issue or faulty ulf.

If you've paired it properly it SHOULD work fine

Try removing and pairing your phone again. Then I suggest pairing another phone to try and isolate the issue to your phone or microphone.
