That is the AC Schnitzer front splitters, right and left, no middle. I looked into them, they are not yet available in this country and no price yet. It still may be a few more weeks. I got the info from Bavarian Autoworks, an Authorized AC dealer.

That is in fact the ACS splitters. The only other pics I've seen of the lip is on the silver AC Schnitzer 135i. IMO it doesn't look good on the silver car, but for some reason, it looks really nice on that red one. Maybe it's the angle of the pic...?
