Cornering Light Replacement
Alright, so I finally purchased some Eikos ClearVision bulbs for the cornering lights but there is no easy method for getting into the h3 compartment. When removing the cover on top of the headlight assembly where these bulbs are located, there is an inconvenient plastic piece on both sides where the hood rubber stoppers hit making it impossible to fully remove the cover after popping it up. With this being the situation, there seems to be no way to get inside to change out the bulb. WHY would BMW put those stoppers right over top of a bulb cover??? Any suggestions as why I'm supposed to do? Take the assembly out a tad? Nothing in manual and nothing online that I can find at least.

I think it's pretty obvious no one has any recommendations on this situation....I think it actually is as terrible to do as I thought.

Just in case anyone was wondering despite the complete lack of interest in this post apparently...but anyway, did this and the little opening on the top is where you replace the H3 bulbs for the cornering lights closest to grille on xenon adaptive headlights. There are two mounting spots on top of the headlight assembly, one on the left side towards front and one on the right side when looking at light towards middle or back top of assembly. These need to be loosened/removed so the whole assembly can be slightly moved forward to get the cover off and bulb out. Not too difficult for anyone interested In knowing.

Any photos by any chance? I got a cornering light malfunction and was thinking of checking/changing out these bulbs... Thanks!
