ICarbon rear diffuser question

I was wondering if the carbon fiber on the ICarbon rear diffuser looks pretty much the same as it does on the BMW performance carbon fiber parts? The reason I ask is that I'm thinking of buying the Icarbon diffuser and I already have the bmw perf carbon fiber rear spoiler and I want to make sure they match.
