Eibach Pro-Kit springs/Koni FSD shocks, and Macht Schnell spacers (15mm F 12mm R) with the stock 264 wheels and staggered stock 215/40/18, 245/35/18 Bridgestone runflat tires. More info here.

I'll give it a shot.

Depends on:
1. Budget
2. What type of set up/feel your looking to achieve (street comfort, occasional track/autox/hpde, or heavy track use). I went for a street comfort set up that is similar to stock, but offers just a bit more stability and sharper turn in for when I do some back road driving.

In the couple years I've been on the boards, I can say that Harold at HP Autowerks has done a great job guiding members (including me) to an optimal suspension set up. Give him a call, or shoot a PM and I'm sure he'll be able to help.

I purchased my spacers from IND. European Auto Source also sells them. Both are forum sponsors.

Here's my mod resource list:

1. Eibach Pro-Kit Pt# 2097.140 HP Autowerks or Tire Rack ($237)
2. Koni FSD Damper Set Pt# 2100-4036 HP Autowerks or Tire Rack ($628)
3. Take your car to someone locally that can do a good alignment about a week after you install the parts. This way it will have had a chance to settle. (around $100)
4. Macht Schnell Spacers - 15mm F, 12mm R ($120 x 2) IND
5. BMW Performance Grilles (gloss black). Can pick up at your local dealer or order from Tischer Get BMW Parts
6. Wash, and wax. Then sit back and smile.

You're welcome and good luck. The set up I would lean toward for occasional autox/track day (while still keeping the comfort feel) would be the HPA E82 Koni Coilover Kit. You really can't beat the product quality and price. HP did a lot of research before putting the kit together. If I decide to go to coilovers, this is probably where I'll go to next.

Btw, noticed you live in Atl, GA. Topspeed is a great shop in your area. I learned about them when I used to live in Charlotte, NC. They would do a great job with your install.
