Not sure what functions you're talking about, but if you mean adjusting your mirrors, just move the little button shown in the pic below to one side to control the driver mirror and the other side to control the passenger mirror, then use the arrows to adjust the mirror. Is that what you're talking about? It's not exactly clear what you mean.
This is a pic of an American 135is. Not sure if your 120i in the Philippines has the same controls. Also, some mirrors fold down. Don't know if you're talking about that feature, but I'm not really familiar with it since neither of my 1ers had it. |

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about then I have been guilty of the same mistake! I remember my passenger side mirror would no longer tilt down when I put it into reverse and it took me the longest time to realize that I had the switch set to the passenger side for adjustment which disables that feature until you flip it back over to the driver's side.

Wait, the driver's side doesn't tilt down, does it?
Because the OP says "the driver's side functions well," so it must be something else.
