It's great to read reviews from actual owners and owners-to-be! It makes the wait both better and worse . Which one it is depends on the day!

Actually, after the drive I went to the local pub, got a burger and couple of beers and wrote it up. I had to wind down and remind myself that I have to wait several months for my car....thanks.

Really good stuff!

This is the kind of review that helps me build the case to my wife that:
1. This car is in fact that good; 911 speed but better handling and a real back seat and a price that doesn't make my feel guilty each month.
2. A car that with the chassis and turbo motor that that's fun box-stock but will support years of mods and tweaks and not get boring.

Whoever made the argument at BMW to bring back the Turbo should be canonized or at least given a raise.

Truthfully, as good as my '05 M3 SMG ZCP was it was a crushing payment and any mods were equally expensive. If I hadn't worked for a dealership, I wouldn't have had it, not with two daughters; one in pre-Med and the other, well one can only guess.
