After a while in the forums I finally went ahead and purchased an Alpine White 135i. Sport, Premium package, Comfort Access, iPod/USB, Coral Red Boston Leather. Couldn't be happier with the deal, I even go a 3.9 APR with an OK credit/fico score.

I have AW Coral too. (08 with idrive and sport)

The 135i AW Coral combo is awesome. Enjoy the car! The drive is amazing!

Next time I go to Europe I am going to rent a 1 and drive on the Autobahn with it. I just came back from Europe and only wished that Audi turbo deisel was a BMW 135i! I think the 135i was made just for the Autobahn! Damn we have crappy roads here.

Note: We must have those speed limits here because;

Our highways....

• are way too busy
• too many big trucks
• poorly maintained compared to Autobahn/Autostrada/Autoroute
• poor driving habbits of drivers
• not designed for speed

I really can't think of a solution other than build better highways. Maybe the toll road is the way to go. Outside of Germany it's mostly toll too!

Sorry for the rant...it's hard getting used to our sucky-highway situation...I miss you Autobahn! The European driving mentality is more like race drivers! Way beyond what we have! This alone is worth the ticket to Europe!
