^^^^ STANDARD LIGHTS

^^^^ BLACKLINE LIGHTS

Notice the blackline has the clear strip running all the way across the lights and they are tinted to be darker

As far as style wise, it creates a huge different look in my opinion.

Check out some blackline taillight pics in E90post forums.

Pacific BMW has them for $194 plus shipping.
That's the best price I've found....problem is they're still on backorder.

There you have it. The blackline lights make your car blurry.

What color are the turn signals when the back lights are now "clear (smoked black)" instead of "red"

In other words since the clear strip is across the whole light now instead of that red part, what color would the turn signal be?

orange. The bulb color determines how it will look, so they will come with orange bulbs, which can be changed for silver visions (they blink orange but look silver so you dont get the orange/yellow reflection)

Mark,

How does it look? Good enough to leave it or better cleared out?

Obviously a matter of preference but if something is ugly looking... that's what I'm looking to know.

The orange bulbs are probably good enough to leave alone, but i'm more detailed oriented and I hated the orange reflection inside the clear light area so I changed my car to the other bulbs I referred to (called Silvervisions) and they made a world of difference to me for only a few bucks (i *think* they cost about 10-20 dollars?) Its hard to put into words but I guess you have to see it in person to really get what I mean. Start looking at cars with clear tailights on your drive home and you may notice some have an orange/yellow reflection to them
