Intermittent exterior light failure warning light??
Xenon adaptive ... And I can't figure out which light & why. The warning light comes & goes, it resets but comes back and it's happening more often. All lights look fine when checking. Thought it may be cornering lights but isn't it normal for just 1 to fire up when turning in that direction?
Has anyone else seen this? Search turned up nothing... Need to buy a Carly anyway now that I'm out of warranty. Would this help me Isolate the fault/location? Thx in advance for any ideas.

I had that issue for a while. Finally figured out that it was my right fender signal light that was out. I've read that you can also get the warning if a bulb is about to go out.

IF you press and hold down he BC button on the turn signal stalk.. an bulb error number will come up. You can look up the bulb error number on Goggle.
The bulb out warning will start to show up even before a bulb fails.

It is normal for 1 light to turn on when you turn in that direction, is that what's happening? Put your head lights in automatic mode. Max out the steering left and right to see if the corning lights come on. I've seen the housing melt on a few of them.
There is definitely a bulb out. |

This is happening to me, exactly the same. Warning light, but no bulbs out. Then yesterday there was a new error (the normal headlight symbol with the exclamation point) and the cornering light was finally out. You can check by putting them in auto and then putting the car in reverse. BOTH cornering lights come on in reverse. From my first quick look, they seem pretty easy to replace - there's a little hatch on the top of the headlight housing specifically for the cornering bulb, I think. You don't have to remove anything, really.

I had this problem in my jaguar. The problem was one of the contact wires on my turn signal bulb was not making a good conection. Every time I would get out and check my lights they all worked. I think it just must have been causing the computer to read a false voltage for that bulb. When I pulled that bulb you could see that the wire had gotten hot. Replaced no problem. It's been a year now.
