where to buy 330i badge?
I am going to take out 325i and want to stick a 330i there in the trunk, because two cars looks so much alike anyway. anyone know where I can buy that 330i badge?

if the cars are so much alike in the first place, whats wrong with the 325 badge?
this is worst thing you can do to your bmw. 99.9% of people here will agree but if insist... go to your dealer parts dept

why do you even care? just be happy with the car you have. the next thing you know people will be sticking fake M3 badges on their cars.

I think you get the award for the most obvious badge buyer for the site. You didn’t just buy the BMW for its badge, but you are trying to buy a higher level badge for the car. Why not just go for the gold and buy an M3 badge for the car.
There are a lot of people that de-badge because they are really a badge buyer who cant afford the nicer car but at least they claim they de-badge because it "looks cleaner". But this conversion is such a joke. Its like those guys I see driving an obviously normal Mercedes with the AMG symbol all over it. Who are they fooling? I think there is a term for those drivers but I cant think of it right now. |

Before, I agreed with several posts that said people who removed their badges were just ashamed of buying a lesser model. Then today, on my way home, I saw another E90 drive by that had their badge removed. It looked so good. I am definitely considering doing it to my car now. I don't care if people know I have a 325i rather than a 330i, but it looked so clean, like the car should have come that way. It made the numbers seem like those gaudy dealer stickers you see on cars all the time.
Now, back to the topic of this thread, I think it is completely retarded to put 330i badges on a 325i.

Why not just badge it a 335i? That way you'd only have to take off one number and you'd have the first 335 sedan!
Seriously dude, the 325 is a great car. Be proud. So much better than its competition than even the 330.

Leave it be or debadge, but rebadging is just stupid. The 325i is a great car - you don't have a damn thing to hide or apologize for.

Its one this to debadge your car if you have a 330i...if u have a 325i like i do and i debadged mine that another....but if you switch badges to the 330i that is just not ok. Isnt that like a cardinal rule not to do.

I saw an M3 coupe the other day...or at least that's what the stickers said. Yeah, you heard right, "stickers", not even the real badge.
For the life of me, I can't understand why people do this. You've got a BMW logo on the front and back, that should be enough! It's your car...do what you want. But as others mentioned, that will be first "330i" without the chrome trim... |
