Whistling noise and vibration when stopped

My 2008 i128 vibrates at a stop where it feels like it will stall. There is a high pitch whistle that gets louder as I drive. It happens after driving it a while. 92000 miles on the car. Does anyone know what this is?

Check belts and tensioner. Read the codes if you can.
