Car has no power

Hello all i was wondering if i could get some feedback on an issue im having with my 2008 135i. Over the course of the last 7 months i have had the battery disconnected as i have been building the car. Yesterday i finally put my car back together but its as if the car is geting no power. I checked the voltage on the battery, the dme and i checked all the fuses in the fuse box. I can use the key fob to lock and unlock the car aswell as the trunk. I have interior lights but the rest of the car has no power. No power to the dashboard when the key is inserted or the taillights. When i do put the key in occasionally the needles on the dashboard board will flutter up but not more than a 1/8 of an inch. Please help all feed back is appreciated.

Could be the battery itself, how old is it? Also, check all connections at the ground strap.
