Is this delivery going to be relatively universal? As in most BMW dealer is the continental US well be taking delivery in the next 4-7 days?

My local BMW dealer (back home) said they will have demo cars available on the 22nd for test drives. They also said I might be able to take a new M3 for a spin. I can't wait. Nate

My bad guys. I was in excited when i got off the phone. I had to make an appointment and everything. Local would be Charlotte, NC and I think someone asked how old I was. To that I say mid-twenties. I made the comment about my dad b/c it's, well, father-son bonding time. He had a 2002 when I was younger and I spent many a mile in that thing zipping around town. I've never been this geeked about a car before and we thought it would be something neat to do. Hopefully I'll have some insightful impressions tomorrow.

Dangit !!!! Here I am in the mid-west, all you folks on the coast seem to be getting the cars several days before we do! Must be nice to be close to the Distribution Centers.

That's really cool! If he still has the 2002, the two of you would make a great commercial for BMW. Standing at the track with both cars behind you. Spirit of the 2002 in the new generation.
