Where can I get a kit that will ~increase~ the length of the shift? I'm thinking something like a '66 Ford shifter; 32" stick and nearly 2 feet of throw. Thats what I'm talking about.

I've got the stock shift lever out of my E46 M3 that I could give you. That should increase the length of your shifts a little, but will unfortunately still fall a little short of your two foot target, LOL.
