The wait is painful. But in all fairness, I ,personally, would like to see it done RIGHT, with top quality. I am willing to wait.

Drain slots

When you make the replicas, please include the drain slots like on back of all the OEM wheels I have seen. For those who have had replicas and have washed their car and drove it a few days later noticed any rusty water type stains on the side of the car, its where there is no drain, look at the back of the wheel on the first post on this thread, its the indention where the hole is between the lug nut holes. After washing the car and you move you car, water drains out between the hub and the wheel thru this what I call drain slot. See picture below

If you dont, what I do is put just a little bit of clear caulk on the back side of the rim, the hole between the lugs, that way not water can get in between there and if your car sits after washing and you cant see the caulk unless you down at the wheel looking in the hole then they wont rust.

Im interested in hyperblack or gunmetal, 18x8, 18x9.5, OEM fitment like the 261m, no rubbing, will take different tires, Khumo's or Michelins. Alao would be great to add tire options, having them mounted and balance when they arrive at your door. Nice to have websitre with reviews from buues

The group buy is for 18x8 and 18x9. What's are "buues"?

Alufelgen,

Can you post pics of the different finishes you will be offering? These can be pics of other wheels you make. Please confirm if you're only doing silver.

Yep, still waiting anxiously. Hell, I take a silver finish (almost perferring a silver finish at this point). I would just like the wheels sometime.

Do you have a rough estimate how long it takes to make the wheels?

We have concluded all the dimensions, offsets, design, colors, etc! We are making a mega post with all the details. We even got hyperblack for those interested so we went the extra mile on this one We`ll try to post all the info and pictures tomorrow.

We were also able to extract a very decent concavity based on the given offsets

Absolutely devasted you are making 18 inch CSL's!!! Very very disappointed.

Why won't a vendor make some CSL's in 19's!!!

I think Forgestar is the best option for 19's at the moment.

Forgestar is just a CSL with one less spoke pair. Not that different in look.
