I'm taking in the 1'ers to get tint done shortly too... But I asked for the Carbon Based stuff because of the comfort access - same price $295, negotiable once I drop both cars in... anyone want to jump on the list? North Melbourne Tint-a-Car

Hey Oscar,

You won't have any problems with tinting - but always best to ask first and get it in writing as well

Carbon Tint - things like 3M ScotchTint - only add to the lifetime and durability of the colour of the tint. I doubt the car's lifetime would really matter in this circumstance. New developments (buildings) use carbon window tint to last decades and decades.

Carbon based - has no metal, therefore no inteference issues.. was first used with cars that have integrated antenna in rear glass.

Recommended for comfort access - nothing to do with durability.
