I don't know where exactly the computer is but everything attached to the headlights is included.
I think the turn/parking bulbs were removed

im kinda interested but i have a 128i and worried about error codes and those clips...

Im worried about the errors to. Im in the process of converting my 128i to xenons.

As far as I can tell, the only mounting bracket that was damaged is on the top towards the center of the car-same bracket broke off both lights- pictured in 202 and 210 up close.
