Lots of references to Garage Cafe here and at the mini-meet so let's kick things off shall we

.

I'm thinking a weekend night to not disrupt people's weekends? Perhaps Tuesday Oct 25th? Or would people prefer weekdays? Keen to hear thoughts, and vans can check availability with Garage Cafe themselves!

Garage Cafe is perhaps 300m from where I live.
Sorry am unable to attend on that evening, but can make it up if you are meeting on another date, or even going for a "leisurely" drive through the mountains

HI M,

Can't do Tuesdays unfortunately, any other evening OK with me. But I can see availability. Normally it's ok unless we going to have more than 10-15 cars. Let me know

Probably not on weekday evenings, got to work till late, Friday evening will be great if it suit most people schedule.

Mount Dandenong is good for a ride up.
Plenty of bends around, can full our 135 to full test.

Great idea re Dandenongs, but wouldn't 07:00am on the weekend be more conducive (weather permitting)? Any traffic would defeat the purpose of why you fitted rims or tuned your engine (no overtaking opportunities)?

Mt Dandy is a bit over rated for me. Reefton Spur or Black Spur is a good run. Day run I can only do Sunday mornings (maybe not 7am tho:P)

Yeah Friday nights are good too

My vote would be for the Reefton spur or a Loop of Toolangi.

Or what about this route via Black Spur, Marysville and Reefton spur?

Definatley need to call Robin and book if you are going to get 10+ cars because other car clubs have meetings there during the week.... Keep me posted when you guys go because i will definatley make an appearance.
